Swiss Experts in Blockchain and CyberSecurity

Throughout the past couple of years we have seen the world and people become increasingly connected. With time we are becoming more and more dependant on technology, even though this has brought many benefits to society it poses the risk of having an increasing number of cyber threats.
AUS wants to remain at the forefront of this field and that is why it has co-developed with industry experts Bachelor and Master Degrees in FinTech and Cybersecurity.

We are establishing a series of networking events around the region to encourage the community to explore the potential cyber threats and learn how to be able to take appropriate action.

We would like to thank our guest speakers Maria Bicsi, Mauro Verderosa and Brian Iselin from the companies Swiss CyberSecurity, PSYND and slavefreetrade for giving us such an interesting initial overview on Blockchain and CyberSecurity in the AUS campus in La Tour-de-Peilz.

During this event Brian Iselin, Founder of slavefreetrade, made an introduction to his project and gave an interesting explanation to “Digital Identity” and made an introduction to Blockchain technology and explored how this links to encrypting personal data within the companies.
Maria Bicsi, Co-founder and Community Manager of Swiss-Cybersecurity & Project Manager at PSYND, and Mauro Verderosa Founder and President of Swiss-Cybersecurity & Founder and CEO of PSYND are experienced speakers and experts in the field of Cybersecurity.  They gave an interesting lecture on the ways on the ways users can protect their personal data on their devices and in the cloud.
Presentations were followed by a friendly and informal cocktail were guests could gather some extra knowledge on the field and get some personal advice from the experts.

It was definitely an eye-opening experience discovering the topic of Blockchain and CyberSecurity and our guests got the opportunity to get a deeper understanding as to where these topics are heading in the upcoming future.

AUS plans to host even more exciting and informing events that discuss Blockchain and CyberSecurity in the near future, stay tuned on our social media pages!
